As a diversified, national organization, you'll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. **Position Purpose:** With the Corporate Medicare Finance Team, this position will support, manage and drive enterprise strategic initiatives with heavy focus on financial and qualitative results. This position will manage the QAI(quality and affordability initiative) and process improvement projects for Medicare product. + Produce QAI performance report, communicate the performance with Health Plans and regional presidents as needed. + Track realization of benefits, including financial and qualitative key performance indicators + Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reporting summaries prepared for Senior Management on initiative performance and status + Review key performance indicator and financial benefit realization tracking methodology + Perform other duties as assigned **Education/Experience:** + Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience is required + Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leading projects and initiatives is required + Strong financial and analytical background is required + Managed Care or health insurance industry experience is preferred + If not located in St. Louis, monthly travel to Corporate Headquarters for team meetings would be required (2-3 days at a time) **License/Certification:** **N/A:** Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
