Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Bldg Engineer to join their team. As a Bldg Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services supporting the maintenance and operation of building systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Building Engineer

Location: Riverside, MO

Pay Range: $36.25

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, and life safety systems
• Ensure building systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs
• Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure proper operation
• Support vendor interactions and assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving needs
