What You Bring
✔ Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
✔ Active BCBA certification & state licensure
✔ 3+ years of ABA experience (supervisory preferred)
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ A passion for service and meaningful impact
Physical Requirements
Ability to assist clients physically as needed (up to 50 lbs).
